Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all 64 districts across Bangladesh. Orders are processed from our Dhaka warehouse and dispatched via trusted courier partners.

• Dhaka City: 1–2 business days
• Dhaka Suburbs: 2–3 business days
• Other Districts: 3–5 business days

Delivery times are estimated from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.

• Free Shipping: On all orders over ৳2,000
• Standard Shipping: ৳120 for orders under ৳2,000

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an order number and access code. Use these on our Track Order page to check real-time delivery status.

All products are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. Supplements are sealed and shipped in tamper-proof packaging. If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
