Orders & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
Dhaka City orders arrive in 1–2 business days. Other districts take 3–5 business days. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the next business day.
How do I track my order?
Visit the Track Order page and enter your order number and access code (provided when you placed the order) to see real-time delivery status.
Is shipping free?
Yes! Shipping is free on all orders over ৳2,000. Orders under ৳2,000 have a flat ৳120 delivery fee.
Do you deliver outside Dhaka?
Yes, we deliver to all 64 districts across Bangladesh via our trusted courier partners.
Payments
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and online payment via SSLCommerz (credit/debit cards, bKash, Nagad, and more).
Is Cash on Delivery available?
Yes, COD is available across Bangladesh. You pay the courier when your order arrives.
Is online payment secure?
Absolutely. All online payments are processed through SSLCommerz, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never store your card details.
Returns & Refunds
How do I return a product?
Go to the Manage Order page, enter your order details, and click 'Request Return'. You must submit within 7 days of delivery. Our team reviews requests within 24 hours.
When will I get my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. COD refunds go via bKash/bank transfer; online payment refunds return to the original method.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Visit Manage Order and click 'Cancel Order'. Once shipped, you'll need to request a return after delivery.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source directly from authorized distributors and manufacturers. All products come with original packaging and batch verification.
How should I store supplements?
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Keep sealed when not in use. Check individual product labels for specific storage instructions.
