Return & Refund Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We make returns simple.
Return Eligibility
You may request a return if:
- The product was damaged during delivery
- You received the wrong item
- The product is defective or expired
- You changed your mind (within 7 days, product must be unopened and in original packaging)
Return Window
Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. You can submit a return from the Manage Order page using your order number and access code.
Refund Process
- Submit a return request with the reason for return
- Our team reviews and approves within 24 hours
- Ship the item back (we may arrange pickup for Dhaka orders)
- Once received and inspected, refund is initiated
- Refund credited within 3–5 business days to original payment method
COD orders are refunded via bKash or bank transfer. Online payment refunds go back to the original payment method.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened supplement bottles or packets
- Products with broken seals (unless defective)
- Items returned after the 7-day window
- Products purchased during clearance sales (marked final)
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. We will prioritize processing your return to minimize any delay.
