Return & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. We make returns simple.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The product was damaged during delivery
  • You received the wrong item
  • The product is defective or expired
  • You changed your mind (within 7 days, product must be unopened and in original packaging)

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. You can submit a return from the Manage Order page using your order number and access code.

Refund Process

  1. Submit a return request with the reason for return
  2. Our team reviews and approves within 24 hours
  3. Ship the item back (we may arrange pickup for Dhaka orders)
  4. Once received and inspected, refund is initiated
  5. Refund credited within 3–5 business days to original payment method

COD orders are refunded via bKash or bank transfer. Online payment refunds go back to the original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened supplement bottles or packets
  • Products with broken seals (unless defective)
  • Items returned after the 7-day window
  • Products purchased during clearance sales (marked final)

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product. We will prioritize processing your return to minimize any delay.
